Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 29, 2026
Toolrium is designed from the ground up to respect and protect your privacy. Our core philosophy is simple: your data belongs to you, and it should never leave your device.
100% Local
All conversions, formattings, and utility operations happen inside your browser.
No Database
We do not maintain any backend database or store the inputs/outputs of the tools.
Zero Accounts
No sign-up, registration, or credentials are required to use Toolrium.
1. Data Processing and Local Execution
All calculators, formatters, generators, and encoders available on Toolrium process information purely on the client-side (inside your browser's JavaScript sandbox). When you input JSON text, paste a JWT token, or generate a hash, no network request is sent with your data. The calculations run on your CPU, and the output is rendered directly on your screen.
2. Cookies & Local Storage
We do not use tracking cookies. However, we utilize your browser's Local Storage to save your preferences and customize your developer workspace. This includes:
- Your customized workspace dashboard configuration (favorites, recent tools).
- Your UI preference settings (such as Dark Mode or Light Mode).
This data is stored locally on your device and is never synchronized to our servers. You can clear this data at any time by wiping your browser cache or site data.
3. Website Analytics
To monitor system health, optimize page loading speeds, and understand general site usage, Toolrium collects anonymous performance data using Vercel Analytics.
This tracking is fully anonymized. It does not collect, store, or associate any Personal Identifiable Information (PII) or IP addresses. It only records general metrics such as page visits, device types, and loading latencies. The data processed by our tools is never logged by analytics.
4. Third-Party Services
Toolrium loads styling and typography assets from third-party Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) including:
- Google Fonts (to deliver modern layout typography).
These CDNs may collect standard header information (like browser user-agent and IP addresses) to serve static assets efficiently. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for more information on how they handle request logging.
5. Policy Updates
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to align with new features or tool additions. We encourage users to periodically check this page for any updates.
6. Contact Info
